Cancellation & Order Changes Policy

We understand plans change. Below is how cancellations and changes work at SerenityFurn.

1) Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: You may request a cancellation. If the order has not entered shipping/fulfillment, we will cancel and refund you.

  • After shipment: Orders generally cannot be canceled once shipped.

To request cancellation, email info@serenityfurn.com with:

  • Order number

  • Your email/phone used at checkout

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

2) Address / Product Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, color, or other options:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

  • We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

3) If You Refuse Delivery

Refusing delivery may lead to return shipping and handling costs deducted from your refund (especially for oversized items). Please contact us first so we can help choose the best solution.
