Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on serenityfurn.com. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1) Shipping Area

  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

  • We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

2) Where Orders Ship From

  • Our orders are shipped from China. (In some cases, items may ship from the nearest available fulfillment location to improve delivery efficiency.)

3) Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $110: $12 shipping fee

  • Orders $110 and above: Free shipping
    All product prices on SerenityFurn are shown in USD and include applicable taxes.
    Shipping fees (if any) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and cart contents, and will be clearly displayed before you submit payment.
    We do not charge “hidden fees” at checkout.

4) Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    Processing includes order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier.

5)Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (China Standard Time, UTC+8) on a business day will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (China Standard Time, UTC+8), or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

6) Estimated Delivery Time (US)

Delivery time depends on the item type and carrier capacity. The following are estimates (not guarantees):

  • Small/Parcel items: ~ 7–15 business days after shipment

  • Large furniture / oversized items (freight): We do not provide a specific delivery timeframe for freight shipments. Freight delivery timelines can vary significantly by route, carrier scheduling, and local appointment availability. Once the shipment arrives at the local terminal or is ready for final delivery, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.

Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, carrier backlogs, customs/security checks, or other events beyond our control.

7) Carriers

We may use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and/or logistics partners for long-distance and freight delivery.

8) Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).
You can also track your order via our Order Tracking page.

9) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

10) Delivery & Inspection

Please inspect the packaging and product upon delivery.
If the package is damaged or the product appears damaged, take photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

11) Order Changes After Shipment

After an order is shipped, it may not be possible to change the address, cancel the order, or intercept the shipment. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
