Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor residential use.

Examples of covered issues (case-by-case):

  • Structural defects in frames

  • Hardware failure under normal use

  • Manufacturing-related material defects

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (fabric pilling, minor color variation, softening of cushions over time)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, pets, or improper cleaning

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow care instructions

  • Commercial use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email info@serenityfurn.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the defect

We may offer replacement parts, repair support, replacement, or another reasonable remedy depending on the situation.
