1) Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

4) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

We will review and provide an appropriate solution (replacement parts, replacement, or refund, depending on the case).

Important: Please do not send items back without approval, as we may be unable to match the return to your order.
6) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage/defect/wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label (depending on the item and situation).

For no-reason returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
For large/oversized furniture, return shipping may be significant. We will communicate estimated return shipping costs before you ship the item back.
7) Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
8) No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
